Cancellation policy

In plain terms

• Cancel 14 days or more before arrival: free of charge, full refund.
• Cancel within 14 days of arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged.
• No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival: the full amount is charged.
• We recommend cancelling in writing (email) so there is a clear record for both sides.
