Booking conditions

• Full payment is due before check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found.
• Elements – Guesthouse Bergen accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• The main booker must be at least 18 years of age.
