Booking conditions

• For a direct booking we ask a deposit of € 150 at booking; the balance is paid in cash on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancelling up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge; only the € 150 deposit is not refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount, no-shows or same-day cancellations the full amount; the deposit counts towards that.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found.
• Elements – Guesthouse Bergen accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• The main booker must be at least 18 years of age.
