What we process, and why

We process personal data solely for handling reservations, communicating with guests, and complying with legal obligations.
Data is only shared with parties necessary for the execution of your booking, such as the booking system (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin, our data processor), payment providers, and booking platforms.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary and treat all information confidentially.

This website sets no marketing cookies. To see how the site is used, we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd., processor), based on our legitimate interest. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies for this that expire after 13 months; advertising features and Google signals are switched off. Rather not be measured? Block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The booking calendar is loaded from Smoobu only after you choose to open it; from that moment Smoobu processes your IP address as described in the Smoobu privacy policy at smoobu.com.
The contact form is technically handled by Netlify, our hosting platform (processor). Your name, email address and message are used only to answer your enquiry, and are not kept longer than that requires.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your first name, email address and language preference, based on the consent you give when signing up.
Sending is handled by our email marketing software Mammoet Mail, part of Levamondo vof (processor). We use these details only for the newsletter and never share them with others.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link under every newsletter, or by emailing us. We keep your signup details for as long as you are subscribed.
